Credit Terms

Royal Corp offers credit terms to qualifying customers and accepts COD and credit card (Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover) for customers who have not established credit terms with Royal. Net 30 days terms from invoice date will be established for customers upon approval by our Credit department. COD or credit card will be accepted prior to approval of credit terms. Please download the New Account and Credit Application, complete and return to us via email to AR@royal-paper.com or fax to 562-903-9229.

Sales Tax & Exemption

Sales tax is automatically charged for orders shipped to AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IA, IL, KS, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV and WI unless a sales tax exemption certificate has been provided and the purchases are for resale. If applicable, please complete and forward us a copy of the Resale Form. If orders are being shipped to more than one state and you hold a tax exemption certificate for those states, you can use the Uniform Sales & Use Tax Form - MultiJurisdiction.

Delivery & Freight Charges

Free deliveries are available for orders over $250 when they are shipped via our scheduled delivery trucks. Special delivery requirements or use of common carriers may incur freight charges. Most orders are scheduled for next-day delivery. We welcome Will Calls from Monday to Friday between 8.00am to 4.30pm except during holidays.

Product Availability

Items listed as "In Stock" are already available in at least one Royal Corporation location.  All items are not immediately available in all Royal Corporation locations; items listed as “In Stock” may not be available at the Royal Corporation location nearest you.

Items listed as “Usually Ships in (X) Days” are generally available or expected to be available soon; once the items you ordered are in stock, we'll ship them to you.  You will be notified immediately by a Royal Corporation representative if one or more of the items that you have ordered is not available.

Royal Corporation will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which result from any circumstances beyond its control, including without limitation, product unavailability, carrier delays, delays due to fire, severe weather conditions, failure of power, labor problems, acts of war, terrorism, general insurrection, acts of God or acts of any government or agency. Any shipping dates provided by Royal Corporation are estimates only.
